I am a Birth Doula in the greater Charlotte area. I grew up at the base of the Blue Ridge mountains and settled in the Charlotte area after receiving my bachelors degree at Belmont Abbey College. I married my wonderful husband in December of 2022, and we welcomed our first little boy that following October!

 I have spent the last several years supporting mothers and families as a birth doula and cannot wait to expand my services to extensive postpartum work, birth education classes and more.

My goal is to help you feel prepared and confident throughout your pregnancy and going into your labor and postpartum period.
